Todrin Industries is a full service metal fabricating job shop. We
have the capacity to punch, laser cut, Machine, bend and weld. Nearly
all of our equipment is CNC operated. Our CNC Finn Power punch has
the capacity to punch a full 4 x 8 sheet with automation for loading and
unloading the sheets. It also has the ability to “up form”,
a unique feature which enables us to use form tools without any damage
to the sheet metal around the tool area. With the multitools we use it
can carry a full complement of 52 tools, and 6 of those are auto index
stations.
Both of our lasers were manufactured by Cincinnati Inc and
are capable of processing sheets of 5 x 10’ and 4 x 8’. Both
are equipped with high production dual pallets. We process steel
up to 1/2” and materials as thin as .003 aluminum. We also
process exotic alloys such as molybdenum, kovar, and hasteloy.
